A family friend once remarked, “building a business must run in Tanya’s blood.” Tanya comes from an entrepreneur-minded family. Responsibility, self-reliance, and “how business works” were frequent dinner table conversations.
Tanya began learning the practical side of janitorial as a teenager—personally becoming responsible for cleaning several properties for an associate’s service. Applied experience in corporate America followed, along with a family. As her family grew (Tanya and her husband have five boys), greater flexibility was required, and Tanya returned to cleaning. In short order, she was landing her own accounts, and Jostan Services was founded.
Tanya has a keen eye for what works and what can be improved. This insight, coupled with a passion to “just make things happen,” inspires Tanya to push her service to “what is next, continually.” It is no surprise that Jostan Services continues to grow with new accounts and an ever-expanding team. Today Jostan Services cleans over a million square feet in 60+ properties. Tanya’s goal is to personally guarantee your experience and bring insight, empathy, and understanding to the clients she serves and the teams she employs.
The truth is in the shine. Most of Jostan Services accounts are referrals because of the reputation Jostan Services has earned for the way they stand behind what they believe and the way they do business.
